We would like to work with a new colleague. As Rooms Division Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, General Services and Technical Services of the 4 star superior design hotel; The Albus, in the heart of Amsterdam. You will ensure the optimization of the guest experience within the hotel. You are a manager who stands firmly in his or her shoes. In consultation with the Director of Operations of the Albus Group, you manage the employees in your "own" hotel. You are a top-notch host or hostess, representative and have experience in the hotel industry and where necessary you support the operation. Besides enjoying your work, you find top results important.

YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for the daily operational activities of the FO, HSK, AD, and TD departments.
• You understand our guests and know how to give them an experience they will talk about for a long time, a 'sense of bliss' feeling.
• We know that you have the right knowledge and can convey it well, but what really gets you excited is ensuring that your colleagues become just as good as you. You guide them in the right way, inspire and coach them on the work floor, and support them where necessary.
• Know how to read the P&L and manage the departments.
• Innovative and creative.
• Passion for hospitality.
• An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Guest-oriented and courteous host who offers additional service without being asked.
We expect from you:
• A completed MBO/HBO education that you completed about 4 years ago.
• Two years of experience in management position within 4 and/or 5-star hotels.
• Operational work experience 'on the floor' in various departments.
• Speaks and writes English fluently (Dutch and a second foreign language is a plus).
• Residing in (the region of) Amsterdam.
• Ambition to take the next step.
