TECHNICAL SERVICE

As a Technical Service Employee, you are the point of contact for our colleagues and relations of the Albus Hotel. You are an active person who likes to feel responsible for his own department. You like to share your own vision and input so that we can improve the maintenance of the hotel even further. Fun at work is very important to you!

TECHNICAL SERVICE function

YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The maintenance of the hotel rooms, the public areas and inside of it.
• Carrying out technical work, plumbing and painting.
• Control of maintenance contracts carried out by third parties.

We expect from you:
• Technical education.
• Several years of experience as an all-round technical employee within the hospitality industry.
• Fluent Dutch and/or English in speech and writing.
• Spontaneous, enthusiastic, representative and proactive.
• Flexible attitude, willing to work in changing shifts.
