Great hotel!
Spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. It is so conveniently located not far from Central Station, hotel staff were very welcoming and the room we had, was spacious and the bed very comfy. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Above & Beyond Experience!
Wonderful stay ! Location was perfect ! Right in the heart of city centre! But the service is what makes it special ! Staff was very friendly & helpful! They would store our food in their fridge & warmed it up upon our request.Above all, special shout out to Mido !He was exceptionally helpful ! He made us feel welcome with his kind & warm hospitality! Offered coffee & breakfast everyday with a smile ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything flawless, except heating
The location, cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was top notch, I wouldn't ask for more. They were very kind and helpful. The only issue we've had was that the hotel does not have a heating system other than the AC in the rooms. I found it a bit strange, considering Amsterdam is a very cold city, especially during winter and AC is both not healthy and not as efficient. Our room was very cold the first day, it warmed up by 2nd day however dried up the air in the room so much that affected our breathing. Apart from the heating, our experience with the Albus was perfect.

Hotel is in a central location and walking distance to everything we did. The rooms were small, though clean and well appointed. The staff was welcoming and very responsive to our requests.

Very helpful personell. We have a small baby and got all the help we needed and more. Super professional people working there. Room was a little small but worked ok anyway. It was clean. Noise level low. Location good, near the centre of the town.

The location was ideal for walking to all the main sights. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention for Raymond who made our stay special..thank you all.

Great location, value, and friendly staff!
We were greeted by a friendly front desk employee who made our check in seamless and quick. We were also wonderfully surprised that we were given a voucher for two free drinks at the hotel bar. A welcoming perk to our stay. The hotel staff was also able to arrange a ride to the train station the day of our departure.

Me and my sister had such a lovely stay, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and we slept so well the beds were so comfy. Location is also really good. Can't fault our stay really!
