Do you also want to develop further and are you looking for your 'own' restaurant where you have free rein within the framework of Senses restaurant? Then you can give substance to the fine dining concept here in your own way. With us, the chefs work 4 days Full Time and are off 3 days a week.


You are ultimately responsible and give your own creative interpretation to the dishes before delivery
of a fine dining experience at the top level. As a Chef, you manage 7 employees in the
kitchen and ensures that the organization is rock solid.

HEAD CHEF function

• Welcoming guests and seating.
• Including the aperitif and advisor of the menu.
• Wine advisor.
• Serving dishes, wines and drinks.
• Strong communication skills.  

We expect from you:  
• Ambition to take the next step in your career.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fine-dining restaurant as a (sous) chef.
• You dare to experiment, opt for the unexpected.
• Passion for gastronomy.
• Knowledge of ARBO, HACCP and social hygiene.  
• Residing in (the region of) Amsterdam.
