Fabulous Hotel and Staff
Just home from another fabulous stay at the Albus Boutique Hotel in Amsterdam. From checkin to checkout the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. They are available to help 24/7 if you need them and always have a smile on their faces. Our family travelled and each of our 5 rooms were as nice as the other. All rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, coffee machine and ensuite bathroom with amazing hot showers. The hotel is in a great location close to many shops, bars, restraunts and the flower market. It's within walking distance of everything the city has to offer and close to Rembrandtplein tram stop. Booking direct got us complementary room upgrades, late checkouts and complementary drinks at the bar. Will definitely be back

Excellent
The staff is very friendly and knows how to give good suggestions for getting around the city and eating. It has excellent location. The only thing the hotel lacks is a good cleaning service in the room. Everything else is excellent. I recommend that all excursions be taken from the hotel.

Great hotel
Very nice hotel with friendly staff all within walking distance of the big sights of Amsterdam. Nice little touches like a welcome drink and free coffee in the reception area in the morning (you also have a nespresso machine in your room ). The room we stayed in on the 8th floor was very clean with a great shower and a confortable bed with a decent amount of space. All in all a great place to spend a few days while exploring.

This is a very nice hotel, with the absolute best staff!! The room was great with a nice shower! Very centrally located!! The hotel is modern and clean. The room was very good size. I loved the shower so much! Again the nicest staff I've experienced.

The hotel made us enjoyable staying
We were warmly welcomed when we just stepped in the hotel. Since we arrived before the checking in time, so we left our luggages in the front desk and went out for sightseeing. After we come back to the hotel, we were told that our luggages already had been sent to our room. This is a great service which most of the hotels would not provide to their guests, we do appreciated! While we were staying in the hotel, we received excellent services especially from Raymond, Julian and Daniel. We sincerely want to say “ Thank you guys, you made our vacation enjoyable!”

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff
Fabulous, centrally located hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff were absolutely wonderful, probably the best customer service I have experienced. The receptionist who checked us in ( didn't get his name but it was February 26 around 4pm) was so friendly and helpful and even showed us to our room. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and museums. The flower market is just around the corner and you can walk to the train station too. I would 100% recommend this hotel. I have stayed here before and will be back again. It is in my favourite hotel in my favourite city. Thank you Albus for another wonderful stay.

Great one week holiday in Amsterdam
Great Hotel in good location. Room was of high standard and staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed for 8 nights. Breakfast was good and room was serviced daily. wifi was reliable and met all out needs. Would definitely stay at this location again,

A warm welcome and a perfect spot for city exploration
The warmest welcome awaits at The Albus, with a great team and a sparking welcome drink. Reception is beautifully decoratedwith either bar seating or comfortable sofas. Our room was on the fourth floor and, although not generous in size, was a perfect fit for two of us. The bed was comfy and the shower room was spacious and clean. Overall it was tastefully decorated and really well looked after. The Albus is in a great location in Amsterdam. If you like a walk, everything is in walking distance. If you struggle with walking then you're two minutes away from Rembrandtplein with its excellent tram service that will whizz you around the city with ease.

An exceptional hotel.
In am not usually someone who leaves a review, but The Albus was truly exceptional. We were in Amsterdam celebrating my wife's birthday. The Albus gave us a complimentary room upgrade, bottle of sparking wine and mini larger keg delivered to our room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always said hello, good morning etc. The room was lovely, especially being an upgrade, the bed was large and extremely comfortable, with the best pillows I have ever had. The ensuite was large and modern The hotel is extremely well located, close to restaurants, museums, tram stop opposite, etc. Its was also very quiet at night, we did not hear anything from our room. We would definitely highly recommend

Well yet again a good stay in a great hotel with great friendly staff, I have never had a bad stay at this hotel and must be close to the 15th time I have stayed there. The one thing I particularly enjoyed this stay was the change in the breakfast menu :) Well done everyone at the hotel.
