Excellent location and everything more or less within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable and a great size. The room was clean and the shower was brilliant! WiFi was also great for connection.

A gorgeous small hotel, located just off Rembrandt square about 10 mins walk from the main bars. Greeted with champagne on arrival. Booked superior rooms and didn’t disappoint. We queried about bathrobes and we’re given them straight away. Room attendants can be a bit noisy in a morning but do a great job!

Fab hotel. Lovely. Clean. Friendly, helpful receptionists (apart from one). Nice glass of Cava on arrival. Rooms were very nice. Extremely comfortable large bed. TV with Netflix. Modern clean bathroom with big walk in shower. Safe in the room. Great location literally round the corner from Rembrandt Square. Room was very quiet. Room was cleaned daily. They also left a chilled bottle of Cava in our room for our Anniversary.

The hotel is suited in a very fine location (quick access to the shopping center/metro/tram station etc) and close to excellent food choices. I would have liked the breakfast area to have been a bit bigger and more food choices. But other than that everything was excellent. Special credits to the reception personnel, which are very polite and helpful. I would certainly visit the hotel again for both business reasons, but also with my family.

We stayed for 2 nights as a city break. Location ideal and breakfast team were attentive and incredibly friendly. Rooms clean, stylish and very comfy bed. Perfect for a weekend exploring Amsterdam. Drink on arrival was a novice touch while we were checking in.

This is and will always be our "go to" hotel in Amsterdam. The location could not be more ideal. The bedding is superb and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast cannot be beat. We had a lovely stay here. We were lucky to receive an upgrade as it was my husbands birthday. The suite was lovely with lots of space and very clean. Staff were very helpful, and the location of the hotel was perfect walking distance to all tourist spots.

We loved our stay in the Albus Hotel apartments in November. The apartment was very spacious, with a door between the bedroom/bathroom area and another door between the bathroom/bedroom area (this is hard to see on their photos). Our 5YO daughter slept on the large couch in the living room and we were able to close the door to the bedroom to not wake her. We couldn't hear the person in the apartment above us at all. The bathtub was huge and we loved that it was separate from the shower. The kitchen was well stocked and it was amazing to have access to laundry. Public transportation to the train station stops literally in front of the hotel and we were able to walk to so many great things or take public transport very easily. The street the apartment was on is noisy, but the bedroom is far from it and behind doors, so even if you're a sensitive sleeper it should be fine. The only issues: the stairs as everyone mentioned are quite historic and felt pretty scary for our child so we were just very slow and careful every time going in and out. Also, weed smoke filled the bedroom from other units a couple of times and one AM was so bad it woke us up, so we were happy our kid was sleeping in the main room and not this one. Would definitely stay there again- staff was warm and lovely and helpful as well.
