Lovely boutique hotel in great central location
The staff firstly were extremely nice,helpful and efficient. The rooms were fine albeit a little small. Breakfast was good. All in all a good stay in a perfect location . Senses restaurant was definitely worth a Visit., amazing dining experience. Just maybe smaller softer pillows would be a good idea :)

Friendly staff
We had a very nice welcome! We arrived quite early, but they managed to give us two rooms anyway. They were very friendly and helpful with tickets and recommendations. Free popsicles for the children in the lobby. I would definitely visit again.

Great boutique hotel in a great location
What a find. From the enthusiastic welcome, to the decor, the lovely staff and calm vibe throughout. A great place, perfectly situated near lots of restaurants, Rembrandt square, 10 minutes from the royal palace and Dam Square. A great stop for a couple wanting a central location to explore the city.

Great hotel and location
We enjoyed five nights in a splendid king room. The location is great for walking to all of the sights and staff were helpful in answering all of our questions. The restaurant recommendations from the hotel were excellent and an easy walk away. Know that if you use Uber, the pick-up and drop-off spot is on the bridge down from the hotel. We would not hesitate to stay at the Albus on a return trip to Amsterdam.

Wonderful place to stay
Great location and well appointed property. Easy access to many wonderful museums, restaurants shopping centers and sites. Nice breakfast to start the day. The bar was convenient to relax after a full day of exploration. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful to enhance our experience

Highly recommend, amazing stay
The hotel was an excellent stay for Amsterdam. It is walkable from the main train station if you choose. It has a great location in the heart of Amsterdam but you are not bothered by the noise in the streets at all. The rooms are spacious as we had a triple for our group of three and well appointed. The staff especially at the reception were very helpful most of all. They recommended some great tours that they assisted us in booking and also recommended a great evening canal tour. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a visit to Amsterdam!

Best trip
Excellent hotel in best location. Highly recomment for other travellers. It’s close to all main sightseeng in Amsterdam. Very comfartable to reach airport. I prefer to stay in this hotel next time. The staff of hotel is very friendly and the hotel is extremely clear.

Excellent and comfortable stay
Hotel was well appointed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a superior room on the top floor which was spacious, comfortable and quiet. There was a great choice of hot and cold breakfast items. Being British we would have liked tea making facilities in the room rather than just a coffee machine but that is normal in Holland so our problem not the hotel.

Fantastic Stay
We had a fabulous stay at the Albus excellent service with plenty of information given to us which we needed , cabs were booked for us perfectly. The hotel itself was in a great spot with bars and restaurants all in close proximity aswel very friendly staff.

The Albus Boutique Hotel
Fabulous breakfast with an extensive choice. All staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Couldn't fault anything. Great location for sight seeing on foot, but also close to train and metro stations. 24 hour reception meant that there was always someone at hand if need be.
