The end of the summer holiday was amazing in Amsterdam! Looking forward to our winter break when we are definitely coming back to visit again! Highly recommended by friends of us and we will for sure recommend this hotel to our friends and families to. Great location & friendly staff

Great stay. The check in was quick and pleasant. Room was really wel equipped and very clean. All the staff I encountered was extremely polite & friendly. The breakfast was fine, lots of items to choose from. If I’m ever coming back to Amsterdam this will the place to be.

Exceptionally awesome

Great location and just few minutes from Dam square in a very vibrant side of Amsterdam. Very clean rooms. Staff are wonderful. We actually booked a basic twin-sized room and had a small issue in the room. Although the staff were able to immediately fix the issue, Tariq, the Manager and his assistant, Daniel spoke to their boss and upgrade our room to a king-sized suite with bathtub and a wonderful city view with no extra charges even though we did not ask for this. We felt the staff were very welcoming. Daniel and Raymond have great communication skills. Will definitely stay here again when back to Amsterdam.

Great location for a LGBT friendly holiday.

Great location near to the LGBT area. I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and have a coffee. Was given a glass of bubbles on arrival - such a nice touch! Bedroom in super good condition, felt very upmarket and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Hotel Great Location Great Staff!!

I had a cruise group of 43 people stay at this hotel for three nights. There were some issues beyond their control, like the elevator being out of service due to a part needed. They did their best to put all the guests on lower floors and even relocated one couple to a nearby property. There was a freak summer storm that disrupted the whole city durning our stay, but the group relaxed in the hotel lobby. In summary, the staff went out of their way to solve any problem great or small and the front desk staff was extremely helpful in assisting one guest whose luggage was lost by the airlines. The hotel manager was especially helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, allthough the area is very small and cannot accomodate large groups.
