Great location near to the LGBT area. I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and have a coffee. Was given a glass of bubbles on arrival - such a nice touch! Bedroom in super good condition, felt very upmarket and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I had a cruise group of 43 people stay at this hotel for three nights. There were some issues beyond their control, like the elevator being out of service due to a part needed. They did their best to put all the guests on lower floors and even relocated one couple to a nearby property. There was a freak summer storm that disrupted the whole city durning our stay, but the group relaxed in the hotel lobby. In summary, the staff went out of their way to solve any problem great or small and the front desk staff was extremely helpful in assisting one guest whose luggage was lost by the airlines. The hotel manager was especially helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, allthough the area is very small and cannot accomodate large groups.

The hotel sits in the middle of shopping and dining options galore. While the location was excellent, so was the hotel itself. Our rooms were well-appointed, clean and well-maintained. The common areas had everything needed (e.g., water, coffee, drinks, a place to sit and enjoy them, etc.). However, the best part of the property was the excellent staff. Every person we interacted with was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, and VERY willing to help with literally anything and everything.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home 🙏💚💜 Raymond and everyone at the reception gave us a magical welcome, answered all our questions with a smile, and I couldn't imagine a better place to celebrate my birthday 💓 the room had everything we needed and we'll surely be back 🎊 Thank you 🙌💓

We are a family of 6, 3 kids and 3 adults, and the hotel accommodated our every request :) The staff is very friendly and ready to help out in any way they can :) The location is not in a very busy part of Amsterdam but the tram is just right across the hotel which makes it accessible to all places you want to visit. Very convenient when traveling with kids.

The staff was amazing very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and I couldn’t speak hire about this establishment , highly recommend. Also great location and accessible to all area attractions. Did I mention there’s a Michelin restaurant in the hotel?
