Lovely find - better than expected
Larger than thought, lovely little touches and well decorated. Great staff well trained with brillinat customer service. Loved the heinekin in the room that was a fun surprise. Breakfast was yummy. Good location as well. Just felt well looked after from the moment we booked and we booked direct so got little perks.

An perfect Easter week! The hotel is in the city center with very nice rooms (Splendid City King) The breakfast is very good. People are very warm and welcoming, and they try to speak in your language

Gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location
We stayed as a family with young children. The experience was seamless and the hotel team couldn’t have done more to help. Any minor issues were sorted immediately and you could even send them questions and requests on WhatsApp which they answered immediately. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, the room was fantastic and its in an absolutely prime location. Couldn’t have asked for more.

After a long night of travel, we were warmly welcomed at The Albus. We arrive well before check-in time, but the staff allowed us to complete our check-in paperwork early and even offered us a welcoming beverage to enjoy in the luxury of the lobby! Each morning and night we were warmly greeted, and I was continuously impressed by the level of service achieved each day. Additionally, the amenities were fantastic and the location of the hotel was ideal. If I ever visit Amsterdam again, I will be sure to book at The Albus.

Excellent hotel and service!
Excellent hotel located in great area. The hotel staff when above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room has no fridge and we needed one for my husband’s medicine and thry found a small one for us immediately. Would definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam!!!

Excellent hotel in a fab, really central location
Central hotel, with all attractions within a ten min walk. Lovely hotel, with really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Really clean and spacious room that was very quiet at night, with excellent sound proofing from the road below. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that.

All perfect,from booking through their website/representative until checkout. Location: the best, walking distance to all main attraction Booking/checkin/checkout: flawless, they gave welcoming present to my kids. Very pleasant. Room: huge, new, nice and clean. Hospitality: world class. Very nice staff.. Glad that we stayed here in amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Look No Further - Stay at The Albus
I have stayed at 5 star resorts like The Four Seasons. The level of service I received was that of a top notch, 5 star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel valued, seen, and heard. They greeted me at every turn, asked me on numerous occasions if there was anything they could do to make my stay better, and really took great care of me. For example, when I changed room (upgraded from a standard room to a suite), they brought my new key up to my room versus calling and asking me to stop by the front desk to pick it up, and even picked up my laundry to take to the cleaners. They made sure I left with an umbrella when it was raining outside. They also offered food and beverages to make my stay even better. Aside from service, both of my rooms were spacious, had adequate outdoor light, and equipped with everything that I needed. Oh and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. For someone with a bad back who travels a lot, I slept like a champ and woke up with no back pain at all. And every aspect of the rooms and hotel were extremely clean. I will certainly be back to stay again and encourage all of my business colleagues to look no further than booking at The Albus Hotel when visiting Amsterdam.
