Just want to say how helpful this young staff was . They made the difference when I had trouble with my airline reservation. Also helpful with dining restaurants. Could use phone to desk in room and little refrigerator in room. Mostly Europeans in this hotel , boutique style

Excellent staff in all departments, reception, restaurant and house keeping. Very efficient check-in and check-out. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked eggs to order. Superb bedroom, bed and bathroom. Great location. Responded helpfully and instantly to requests.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Albus. From checking in and our room being ready early, to the staff, to the amenities - this has to be one of the best finds in the city when it comes to a place to stay!

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Amsterdam. Walking distance to everything but out the way of the hustle and bustle of the busy areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful and took care of everything we needed. The beds were very large and the pillows are massive which is exactly what we wanted. A good selection of wines available and the chef makes a mean flat white. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit :)

Every time that we are in Amsterdam, always stay at The Albus if they are not booked. They have a great staff, the rooms are functional and clean and it is right off of Rembrandtplein and within walking distance to Dam Square.

From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcomed and pampered at the Albus Hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the location is terrific with lots of restaurants and more nearby. Highly recommend the hotel!
