We stayed here with our 2 children. The room was perfect, really well set up for a family. They provided a cot and arrival gifts for the children which was a really nice touch. Great location. Very central to everything. Loads of restaurants etc nearby. Staff very helpful too. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Amsterdam. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. Rooms are pleasantly large and very clean. If I'm in Amsterdam again, I will book this hotel again. The metro can be easily reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. On arrival we were welcomed with a glass of Cava while we checked in. We were given a room on the first floor that was modern and spacious. The bed was massive and incredibly comfy. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were able to provide us with travel adapters after forgetting ours. We didn’t have food in the hotel because there were so many places close by that we wanted to try. The lobby was undergoing some renovations but we were made aware of the work a month before we were due to arrive. Construction only took place between 10-4 so we were never affected I would definitely stay here again when we next visit the city

I would have no hesitation in recommending the Albus to a Friend!, its situated close to Rembrandt square(Our favorite end of town) and close to the Metro lines which is ideal for exploring this vibrant City. Staff are excellently trained, they know what hospitality is and are very attentive. I would defiantly return to the Albus.

Great Service- although under going renovation, it was still a pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful and tended to our needs and making our stay enjoyable. They even printed out a detailed map and instructions for us to see our son perform at the Amare center in Den Haag.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and nothing is a hassle, very friendly and show you to your rooms. The rooms we stayed in where all different sizes. They were all a good size, very clean and the bathrooms were beautiful. My 20 year old son become a member and got discount for his room, he ended up with the family suite because they were fully booked up. Raymond was excellent, as were all the staff we met, a very happy and pleasing hotel. The hotel is central to all the sites and shops. Everything is a stroll away. I always enjoy the breakfast when we stay in any hotel and this did not disappoint. It was a buffet breakfast and we all enjoyed the fresh hot and cold good food, various juices, coffees and teas. We walked to all attractions including Van Gogh and Ann Frank museums, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Amsterdam Dungeon, and the many shops from top names to little antique shops. Also, there is lovely park that is a short stroll away called Vondelpark. We packed a lot into a few days stay and this hotel made our stay very much an excellent part of it. Thank you Albus we will return.

This break was a gift from our daughter! It was fabulous. Easy to find friendly staff. Great location for everything the hotel were having building work done and there was no impact to us at all. Our room was set out well with plenty of storage

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, always willing to help and for coffee free on arrival. Especially Raymond and Nina! The rooms were cleaned every day which was nice and the location was close walk to everything. Nomi restaurant across road was fabulous. Construction was happening in hotel, but we knew this on booking so wasn’t to noisy. Would stay again

Great location, nice staff, comfortable room. An excellent hotel to stay in Amsterdam for your holiday. It's 5/10 minutes walking from the Metro station, 1 stop from Amsterdam Centraal Station and very close to the main attractions of the city. Recommended!
