Great location Great hospitality
The hotel is located at a very convenient location where it's within walking distance to the city center and also the Rijks Museum / Van Gogh Museum. The staff are very welcoming from the first second. Special shout out to Raymond who welcomed us and lead us to the room, which is the most spacious room I have seen in Europe. All of the staffs have an easy going and relaxed vibe. Near the hotel there are many restaurants to choose from. The price however is a bit on the expensive side but if I were going to Amsterdam again I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in central Amsterdam
Very nice hotel in a very central location. Sorry we missed going to Senses Restaurant- next time for sure ! Thanks also for the welcome drinks on arrival. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely big shower and fluffy towels.

Perfect place to stay in Amsterdam
The room was huge, the decor of the hotel was very chic. The staff--very friendly and helpful. The location was great with close transportation, walkable to restaurants and shopping, and a feeling of safety for me as I was traveling solo. I will definitely stay here on my next trip back to Amsterdam, and I've already recommended this place to a friend who is headed to Amsterdam in a few months. My only regret....I didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant due to other commitments. I will definitely have to next time.

Lovely hotel & great location
We have just returned from this lovely hotel. The rooms were very comfortable we had the best nights sleep the staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Perfect location. The hotel was within walking distance of everything, without all the hustle and bustle. Staff in the hotel were excellent very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and they give you some tips on what to do in the city during your stay as well as book it for you at reception. Room was spotless clean, beds were comfortable and the nespresso machine was a nice little bonus. We will definitely be returning to The Albus hotel in the near future.

Perfect Christmas Stay
The Albus hotel was a perfect hub for our family of 12 during our Christmas trip to Amsterdam. It was centrally located to all the major attractions, shopping, and dining. The staff was very kind and welcoming, going above and beyond with any request. The hotel itself was very clean and cozy, would definitely stay again.

Second to none!
My husband and I were at The Albus for three days and had the best experience! From the Front Desk staff, to the Bartender, to the Wait staff, everything was perfect. They made us feel comfortable, like family, and important...like we were the only guest that were at the hotel. If ever we are in Amsterdam again, this will be the place we stay!

Amazing location, lovely staff and clean rooms!
Me and my partner stayed here at the start of January just after new years, we had seen a few reviews about the location being good as we was nervous travellers this was perfect for us! The location of the hotel was great, located about a ten min walk from the red light district and in the opposite direction was the Heineken Experience. Dam square was also within a walking distance and Rokin metro station was a short distance away from the hotel
