Wonderful Experience
Great Location! Walking distance to all major attractions. Staff were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the coffee maker in the room and in the lobby.

Perfect location but more suited for short stays.
Great location close to transport, cafes, restaurants and bars. Situated not far from Rembrandt Square. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and very helpful with information on transport system, tours and general. We were very impressed with their service. Restaurant and bar staff were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with chefs cooking eggs as requested. The rooms were very small with not much space for clothes or suitcases. The bathroom was modern but again not enough space for toiletries. Also no towel rails, only hooks to hang towels on, so they didn’t dry. Towels were replaced daily though.

Amazing stay!
It was our second stay at the Albus hotel, we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. It was clean, modern and definitely had a boutique feel. We were given a complimentary late check out and free drinks vouchers as it was my husband’s 50th birthday-such a nice touch! Great location. We will be back!

Wonderful in all ways!
The location is perfect. We stayed in the apartment which was spacious and had full kitchen. Amenities and accommodation were excellent and spotless. The staff were beyond wonderful in all ways. We included breakfast in our stay. A special shout out to the chef who went above and beyond to take care of my special dietary needs. Wonderful stay enhancing our time in Amsterdam.

Lovely boutique hotel
Super cute boutique hotel. Wonderful staff! Very close to city center and walking distance from nearly everything! The front desk staff was very helpful and had wonderful restaurant recommendations!

Great experience
Great experience at this hotel. The room was ready slightly early and the welcome drink while checking in was a treat. Centrally located, we walked everywhere! Reception staff were all really friendly and welcoming. We had a tripe room and were pleasantly surprised to have a balcony! There was plenty of space for us and our luggage. Comfortable beds and pillows, and everything seemed modern and clean. We didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast so can’t comment on that but would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Customer Service
The staff overall were fantastic! They cheerfully helped us with all of our crazy requests (trips to the refrigerator, extra pillows and blankets, etc), and they gave us great advice for places to go and see. Truly, it was the staff that made our stay at the Albus special.

Superb customer service
We recently stayed at the Albus and both my husband and I agree that we will be staying there again for any future trips to Amsterdam. When we arrived, one of our children was having a bit of a meltdown from traveling and the Albus team was amazing at helping us getting them to calm down. They brought our bags straight up to the room and brought my family into a separate room to give us some privacy. Raymond was amazing and brought both my kids ice pops and cookies which helped cheer them up. This honestly left the best impression on both myself and my husband. The staff was amazing. Every time we went in or out, they would chat with us and were the nicest. The room we had was super spacious and clean. Definitely will be staying there again.

A Nice Stay at The Albus over Kingsday in Amsterdam
Overall, it was good experience. Nice reception staff, housekeeping and bartenders. We stayed for 5 nights and extended to a 6th night due to a 1 day delay of our cruise start. *Breakfast Buffet was good and included in our room rate. We quicky learned to eat very early in the morning to have a peaceful breakfast, as larger families took over and the scene became much louder and messy. *Location is excellent; central to everything, especially Rembrantplein; museums, shopping, restaurants and trollys.
