A Nice Stay at The Albus over Kingsday in Amsterdam
Overall, it was good experience. Nice reception staff, housekeeping and bartenders. We stayed for 5 nights and extended to a 6th night due to a 1 day delay of our cruise start. *Breakfast Buffet was good and included in our room rate. We quicky learned to eat very early in the morning to have a peaceful breakfast, as larger families took over and the scene became much louder and messy. *Location is excellent; central to everything, especially Rembrantplein; museums, shopping, restaurants and trollys.

Superb customer service
We recently stayed at the Albus and both my husband and I agree that we will be staying there again for any future trips to Amsterdam. When we arrived, one of our children was having a bit of a meltdown from traveling and the Albus team was amazing at helping us getting them to calm down. They brought our bags straight up to the room and brought my family into a separate room to give us some privacy. Raymond was amazing and brought both my kids ice pops and cookies which helped cheer them up. This honestly left the best impression on both myself and my husband. The staff was amazing. Every time we went in or out, they would chat with us and were the nicest. The room we had was super spacious and clean. Definitely will be staying there again.

Stay at The Albus
Second time I've stayed here, always good facilities and now they've renovated it again, it's even better. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillows and the location of the hotel is perfect. Staff are all great, friendly and helpful. I'll be back next year 🙂

Superlative Customer Service
While celebrating our 35 wedding anniversary we stayed at this wonderful hotel. The Albus provided us with superlative customer service from Julian Daniel and Kime Room was comfortable and on suite had a wonderful shower. Breakfast is fantastic

Excellent hotel in a great location.
Excellent hotel, with a perfect location. The staff were very welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. One of our party required a gluten free option & the breakfast chef went out of his way to prepare an omelette & pancakes for her. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others.

Great place!
Really helpful staff, delicious varied breakfast and a great location. We also ate a meal in the restaurant which was top quality and absolutely delightful. Can thoroughly recommend a stay here. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff

We had a very nice welcome! We arrived quite early, but they managed to give us two rooms anyway. They were very friendly and helpful with tickets and recommendations. Free popsicles for the children in the lobby. I would definitely visit again.

Lovely boutique hotel in great central location
The staff firstly were extremely nice,helpful and efficient. The rooms were fine albeit a little small. Breakfast was good. All in all a good stay in a perfect location . Senses restaurant was definitely worth a Visit., amazing dining experience. Just maybe smaller softer pillows would be a good idea :)

Great hotel and location
We enjoyed five nights in a splendid king room. The location is great for walking to all of the sights and staff were helpful in answering all of our questions. The restaurant recommendations from the hotel were excellent and an easy walk away. Know that if you use Uber, the pick-up and drop-off spot is on the bridge down from the hotel. We would not hesitate to stay at the Albus on a return trip to Amsterdam.

Great boutique hotel in a great location
What a find. From the enthusiastic welcome, to the decor, the lovely staff and calm vibe throughout. A great place, perfectly situated near lots of restaurants, Rembrandt square, 10 minutes from the royal palace and Dam Square. A great stop for a couple wanting a central location to explore the city.
