I’m so impressed with this hotel, and I’m not even there yet. I’m an international visitor and I’ve had an almost comical amount of changes to my reservation due to my flight schedule. A staffer, Noelia, has been incredibly patient, kind, and efficient with my numerous changes. I can’t wait to meet all of the incredible staff.

The hotel is in a wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location from which explore Amsterdam. We very much and enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We had an apartment at this hotel. Spacious, very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable indeed, and there were large screen smart TVs in the living room, which looked over the main street, and in the bedroom at the back. We were on the first floor, accessed by very steep stairs (common in Amsterdam) which I only note in case someone reading this might have an issue. The staff were absolutely delightful, and the location very central. Restaurants of all types and costs nearby. Transport (trams) a very short walk. This was a perfect base for our visit, and we certainly hope to stay here again.

A great hotel at the best location! Very close by foot to every point of interest in Amsterdam. The staff at the reception, breakfast is remarkable. We will definitely come back to Albust anytime we will come to Amsterdam.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Albus is clean , comfortable and in a good location. They have a really nice selection of different foods for breakfast. They have a nice bar area. They have a comfortable gathering area, with comfortable sitting area.

We’ve just spent 4 nights in this great hotel. Everyone- reception, bar and kitchen staff and the lady cleaning our room was super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was varied and delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. The welcome drink was a nice touch too. The location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended
